Weather-defying RV covers feature exclusive, revolutionary ultra-sonic welded seams for strength and water resistance.
What is Ultrasonic Welding?
Ultrasonic welding is a method of joining two surfaces by applying a high-frequency acoustic vibration under pressure to create a weld. Ultrasonically welded seams don't have needle perforations or suffer thread deterioration like typical thread-stitched seams. This makes the RV cover 40% stronger and less likely to rip or tear than other covers. Each Ultra Shield cover is made of two layers of spun-bond polypropylene, with an additional layer of triple stitched Tyvek on the top to reflect damaging UV rays.
Why it works:
The cover's top material is made by ultrasonically bonding two layers of spun-bond polypropylene to a third, outer layer of DuPont™ Tyvek®. Tyvek® is a tough yet breathable product that has an extended outdoor life and is a proven product for blocking damaging UV rays. The cover is held on your RV by elastic corners, front and rear cinching straps as well as an under-belly strapping system for a semi-custom secure fit.
Features:
Tyvek® top panels protect roof against UV and moisture
Polypropylene side panels breathe to help prevent mold and mildew
Covered air vents help reduce billowing
Zipper entry doors for easy access
Front and rear cinching take up excess for trim fit
UV protection for durability in strong sun exposure
Contemporary two-tone design
Elasticized corners help hold the cover in place
Front and rear cinching straps and under coach buckle strapping system give the cover a semi-custom, secure fit.
