Sold my toad and other RV towing accessories, but buyer didn't want the shield. This seems to be an older shield (black thing in photo) , with vertical bars that insert downward into ~1" square receiver holes on the Roadmaster base plate. I can't believe Roadmaster wants $600 for these new!
