Are there any private landlords out here in Springfield? I'm having a hard time trying to secure housing for my family. We are honest reliable people with jobs and the funds to move we have a dog and two cats all very well behaved and current on vaccines also we have children that are well behaved and they too are current on their vaccines...haha
We don't have much for rental history nor do we have a co-signer or credit.. the property management companies i have applied for, they won't return my calls...
