Needs a new floor, which will be super easy. And it could use silicone and/or expandable foam to seal up some edges where moisture gets onto the wall - or not.

Sheet metal roof.

No nesting box. I just used two milk crates with straw stuffed in them. You can probably come up with something better.

I used this coop for several years to house up to 12 chickens.

It will take a couple people to lift it onto a trailer... or possibly a truck. It is 4 x 8 ft.
