I am offer my property west Eugene off 126 at fisher road as a free disposal site for select material. Materials I am currently accepting:
Clean fill
Wood chips/saw dust
Manure
Logs/trees (3” caliper and larger)
Gravel
Rip rap (large rock, concrete) ....filling some big holes & building up low spots
Intact pallets
....Let us know what else you have???? fencing, plants (trees/shrubs) compost, metal recycling,yard sale leftovers? animal supplies for the rescued animal sanctuary, junk? antiques/vintage?? cool random things....we like to upcycle fix, use or get things to the right homes : )

My property as easy access for unloading/dumping. You will need to haul and unload material. I don't need to be home or available as access is out front of gates. just check w me so i can mark spot w a cone Text works best
