It is roughly a "full size" bed (my measurements are approximately 72x62)
I have an "iffy" back & it was comfortable for me (of course you might find it different than I do)
The Couch/Sofa configuration is approximately 93x37
we have cats so there might be some fur or dander on it (I did vacuum it, but vacuums don't work on curved surfaces well)
there are a couple of stains on it & sun fading & cat scratches... but hey it's free... and perfectly usable.
Delivery is possible, for the cost of fuel (be warned, my pickup is OLD, has a HUGE engine & is 4x4.. it gets 8mpg)
But due to recovery from Open Heart surgery I can not unload or carry... (especially up stairs)
you will need a couple of strong helpers to Load/unload, carry, etc.
