Local collector looking for comics, cash paid today (EUGENE/ SPRINGFIELD AREA)

I am a local comic book collector seeking larger comic book collections. I'm mainly looking for Marvel & Dc comics from the 1960's - 1980's but will buy other publishers and comics published after that if the price is good. Please have at least 1,000 comics if contacting me, as I won't travel for less than that. Send me a message with as much info as possible letting me know what you have up for sale, please include as much of the following information as you can.
- How many comic's total?
- What are the titles?
- What's the publication date range?
- Are there any sequential issue number runs # 1- 100, etc?
- Do you have any key issues?
- What's the condition range, are they bagged & boarded, what type of boxes are they stored in?
- What are you looking to get for the collection, are you flexible, willing to negotiate? Please be realistic in asking price.
