We are switching from Buildium, a property management software platform, to Rentec Direct. Need help migrating the data from one platform to another, and help with getting some things finished with Buildium before deleting my account with them, due to delays and poor customer service. With Rentec, I also need help getting the "request tenant file" feature to show up, as it's not showing up at all. Let me know what you'd charge for something like this.
