Scheduler needed for animal rescue (Eugene/Remote)

Cat Rescue and Adoption Network is looking for someone. This is a fully remote role that should take 2-4 hrs a week.
Responsibilities include:
- Work with medical team to create a monthly clinic schedule
- Identify which cats need follow-up or preventive care (intake exam, flea meds, vaccines, etc.)
- Reach out to fosters and schedule a date for them to bring their cats in to our clinic (this may require multiple calls, no shows/reschedules, etc.)
This role is great for someone who is organized and can communicate clearly, professionally and kindly via phone, email and text.
