Yin Yoga is a well kept secret that I would like to finally share with you. It's a passive style that's practiced on the floor. It's postures are designed to guide your mind and body into a blissful state of relaxation.
It's complimentary to Yang Yoga. Whereas Yang is focused on standing poses, in which you learn balance and build stamina by progressing more quickly through poses, Yin is focused on tension relief. By working out the negative energies--blockages--in your connective tissue during 3-5 minute floor postures, you can relax into the present moment and your energy can begin to flow freely.
Yin and Yang are meant to be together. Let me help you complete your practice and bring life full circle.
