We are renting our 2 bedroom 2 bath condo. It is completly furnished with the most top of the line products. Everything is brand new as is this condo. There is 3 lcd's, front load washer/dryer, espresso machine, BBQ, gas fire pit, patio heater, entire set of cookware, dishes, etc. Again, it is all top of the line.
One bedroom has a king size bed and the other has a twin/full bunk bed. There is also an aerobed for you to use with a complete sheet set. .
Weekend rates are $99 per night and are $119 Fri-Sun night
There is a cleaning fee of $125 charged.
State and local taxes
You will have access to all the eagle crest facilities. Our place is located right across from the pickle ball courts and 100 yards away from the newest workout facility.
Summer rates are applicable during the week of spring break, Christmas and thanksgiving and any other holiday events days and weekends. Summer rates are $119 per night Monday thru Thursday nights and $149 a night Friday thru Sunday nights.
