2 1\4 acres McKenzie River frontage...512 feet of river view! Sleeps six 42 miles east of Eugene, Oregon and 6 miles to Tokatee Golf Course, 9 miles to McKenzie Bridge, 1`4 to Belnap Hot Springs and 42 miles to Hoodoo Ski area. Electric heat/air conditioning plus wood heat; internet and Smart TV, washer\dryer, microwave, dishwasher. Queen size bed upstairs (closed bedroom on loft), with a full bath next to it. Two twin beds in downstairs bedroom with 1\2 bath. New Queen-size pull-out bed in main room...rebuilt after 2020 Holiday Farm fire so everything is basically new! All the sheets, towels, pillows, blankets ect are provided and more important I do all the cleaning so there are not any extra charges! $125 for 1-2 people; $175 for 3-6 people always with a two-night minimum. I have allergies so no pets or smoking allowed. Betsy
