Stapleton Timber & Excavation, a trusted leader in construction and site development, is looking for a reliable and safety-focused Dump Truck Driver (CDL Class A) to join our team.
Position: Full-Time Dump Truck Driver
Location: Springfield, OR (Lane County)
Pay: Competitive, based on experience ($24-28/hr)
Schedule: Monday–Friday (Year around work)
Responsibilities:
• Operate and maintain dump truck safely and efficiently
• Haul and deliver materials to job sites (rock, gravel, dirt, etc.)
• Perform daily vehicle inspections and basic maintenance checks
• Follow all DOT, company, and safety regulations
• Assist with site prep and general construction support when needed
Requirements:
• Valid CDL Class A license (required)
• Clean driving record
• Previous dump truck or heavy equipment driving experience – 2 years preferred
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Strong work ethic and reliability
