Ideal 13 foot trailer. Great shape for it's age (built in 1964). I was remodeling the trailer for my own use but now my health won't let me go. Would be perfect for a hunting or fishing trailer or even a extra back yard bedroom. Since I can't use it I'd like to sell it so I don't have to pay storage. I'm also including a 10 foot aluminum boat with antique electric motor. You get everything. pots and pans,silverware, propane stove, propane tank, etc. Hook it up. you're ready to go.
