A note about why the unit is primed white. While I had intended to have the interior remain treated wood, when I moved from California to Oregon, it became necessary to prime it with a mold prevention primer to deal with the high humidity climate. It has had two coats applied to preserver the lumber. One last year and one this year.
I have hundreds of hours of planning, research and design as well as many of the materials that were selected from those processes. The price I am charging barely recovers the materials that were already purchased for this project. If you inquire. please be an interested buyer who sees that value in what I am offering. Only Cash or Cashiers Check deposited in my bank before I releasing the trailer. (Sorry for the inconvenience).
