-The roof has leaks, re-caulking around the vents and edges should resolve it. It is currently under a tarp with a small heater and dehumidifier inside working to keep it dry.
-Unsure if the water heater works and have never tried the gas for anything.
-Microwave, lights, and outlets work.
-The bathroom door, fridge door, and screen doors are missing. It does have the dining table.
-The old mattresses have been removed and the trailer has been cleaned inside.
-The cold water and holding tanks work well.
-Propane tanks are pretty full and batteries are newer.
It is, overall, a pretty solid trailer and would be a great restoration project.
