Bought in March of 2021 from original Owner and have used it approximately 13x, maybe less for Summer camping. I believe the length is 23’ and I have had zero issues towing this myself. Sway bars are included. This Trailer has been well maintained and taken great care of by myself and the previous owner and quite the gem. This trailer also has been winterized every year.
Now for the inventory of Pro’s & Con’s:

Lots of storage space
Comes with Battery and 2 propane tanks. I will make sure battery has a full charge for you.
Comes with Sway Bars, Standard Ball Hitch, water hose for hook ups, septic hose hookup, hose for winter with anti-freeze warming system (never used but prev owner did), 2 dif converters for power hook ups (You will need an extension cord)
Wheel Chalks and Stabilizer Stacks for leveling
Freshly shampooed carpet in master area
All lights work, 1 may need new bulbs, Vent fan in bathroom kicks!
Cons (all cosmetic):
Awning should be replaced or could possibly be patched up (I have not used it last 2 yrs)
Microwave just went out this Summer. Power is clearly going to it but it does not cook.
Kitchen Table bracket came off that secures it up into table position (see pic) right now it is in Bed position. I have not had time to fix it. If time allows, I will have my RV guy fix it, but it will most likely be as is.
Needs new propane cover. Someone did not fasten the existing one down and was lost to the forest.
Black tank sensor tells lies. It will read full but is not. According to my RV Mechanic, this is common when something like a baby wipe gets stuck on the sensor weighing it down (thank the grandkids for that one) Usually we do not flush any paper products at all and place them in a trash can. We mostly used campsite bathrooms except at night when no hookups are available.
