About the Role
Big Country RV has been a staple of the Bend and Redmond communities since 1976. As a locally owned and family-operated dealership for nearly 50 years, we don’t just hire employees; we bring people into our family.
We are seeking Experienced RV Technicians and Skilled Tradespeople who take pride in their craft. If you are a "jack-of-all-trades" who enjoys solving different puzzles every day, this is the place for you. Because an RV is a "home on wheels," we value diverse expertise beyond just automotive work.
What You Bring to the Table
If you have experience in any (or several) of the following areas, we want to talk to you:
Electrical & HVAC: Keeping the lights on and the climate controlled.
Plumbing: Managing freshwater and waste systems.
Mechanical & Hitch Installation: Ensuring a safe ride for every customer.
General Carpentry: Fine-tuning the details that make an RV feel like home.
