Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Responsible for the installation, operation, and maintenance of computer systems and other technologies,
including but not limited to communication systems.
• Providing day-to-day support to end users across the organization.
• Diagnosing connectivity or program access issues, answering questions about programs or policies, and
helping users access shared printers and other network devices.
• Assisting users with set up of computer and peripheral equipment, including but not limited to printers,
scanners and other peripheral devices.
• Maintaining proper organization of IT related supplies and equipment.
• Answering calls and e-mails regarding the computer network or communication systems.
• Documenting and tracking of inventory.
• Providing daily support for computer network users.
• Providing support to machine operators and working with our Maintenance Team to resolve shared issues.
Qualifications:
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High level attention to detail.
• Time management skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
• Ability to routinely lift and carry up to 25 lbs.
• Occasionally climbing stairs or ladders while carrying computer related equipment.
