Essential Functions & Duties:
+Provide technical service and solutions using multiple communication tools including chat, email and phone channels
+Ability to understand and interpret technical information to people who are not tech savvy
+Research multiple resources and tools simultaneously to find best answers
+Advanced systems understanding and working knowledge to effectively troubleshoot and solve complex customer issues
+Educate customers on product for optimal understanding and ease of use & accessibility
+Offer solutions quickly and be conscious of their time as well as your own
+Special projects and other duties as assigned
+Dependable, reliable and trustworthy
+Friendly and professional – explain and educate customers in a helpful way
+Interest in learning – become the subject matter expert people rely on
+Excellent verbal and written communication
+Ability to handle confidential information
+Detail Oriented - Accurately process and record information ensuring data integrity
+Demonstrate excellent time management skills, prioritizing and handling multiple tasks at the same time
