The Cars and Couplers are in really clean condition except as mentioned. There is one minor issue with the front drive axle. It needed a plastic spring to separate the contacts so I rigged up one up that should take care of it. See photo of underside. The Satellite Dish, Front light of Engine, and Spot Light operate fine when in motion. The little original foam ping pongs ball even rises above the Dynamic Injection Compressortron car when in motion. There are four of the balls hidden under the red tanks so they don't get lost. There was a small red radar or antenna on the Caboose but that did break off decades ago. The transformer unit also works fine. I last had it set up a few years ago the photos. Its been gently cared for in the box since. Not to mention being stored for 50 plus years in the same box. It does come in Genuine 1961 Newspapers from the last time it was put to bed. lol Sorry the original box is long gone.
I'm throwing in a few extra items too. A painted metal tunnel that may look familiar. An HO flat car that I don't know anything about. Two Plasticville HO Buildings in their boxes that I don't think I ever fully put together. Four pieces of Atlas HO Track in box and a smaller transformer as well that I don't know what it went to.
Its not set up and I don't have the room right now, but I have a table where the cars can be pulled out to look over. It is a Collectible Set. Check out the photos and let me know if you want to come out. I'm actually in Walterville which is outside of Springfield. Thanks for Looking!
