Out of box but never played with just added batteries to test the wings. the small plastic ceiling/porch attachment with line that hooks onto pig is unopened the line looks like harder plastic fishing type. screws are also sealed
Also an etched wooden "plaque" about when pigs fly.. really nice display piece.
