Playstation 4 VR set up includes everthing to get started with VR if you already have a Playstation 4 console.
Basic VR Set Up Includes:
1 VR headset
2 VR handheld controllers
1 VR television top camera
1 VR television top camera mount
1 VR connection box
4 VR connection cables (HDMI cable {1}, VR connection box to PS4 USB cable{2}, power cable {3}, and headset cable {4})

Additional items Include:
1 VR controller charging stand w/ power cord - holds the headset, botg handheld controllers and 1 PS4 controller (PS4 controller NOT INCLUDED) and the stand charges all 3 handheld controllers.
1 VR Aim Controller - used for shooter games as a gun controller
PS4 VR game - Firewall Zero Hour (uses aim controller)
PS4 VR game, unopened - The Elder Scrolls V Skyrim VR

NOT INCLUDED:
PS4 console
PS4 standard controllers

I believe the VR unit can be used with PS5 if a toggle is purchased but I'm not certain.
