Hoping to Barter Professional Tractor Services and Property Maintenance Services for RV Space for small 18ft Camper Trailer /w Small Shop space (preferred) on large property, preferably country setting, with space to store several trailers and tractor equipment for my Tractor Business and Landscape equipment. Prefer properties within or close to 10 or 15 minute drive of Eugene or Springfield, Oregon. Might consider further if there is potential to re-establish Landscape Restoration Business in new location or another town.
Need small shop for Physical Therapy to walk again as I recover from 7 years in a wheelchair and repeated surgeries on neck, back and both ankles because tendons were ripped off my bones. Hit by a 90lb bail of hay that fell from a semi-trailer as it passed me going the opposite direction.
Attempting to restart my Landscape Restoration Company and need a quiet and peaceful environment to heal and begin a difficult task of training this body for working again. Need electric access (have meter to measure all use) and water hookup. Looking for at least a 100ft x 40ft space or 30ft x 105ft space [3,675sqft to 4,000sqft]. Have 10ft x 10ft portable Tent Shop to work on Tractor.. Looking for Commercial, Industrial or Private Property /w sufficient space for Trailers and Safe Storage of Equipment (Farm, Ranch, Orchard, Church, Co-Ops, Industrial & Corporate or Personal Lots) that I can Trade Security and or Land Management Maintenance Services for Rent Space and or Shop Space.
Can spread gravel in access area for parking and storage.
Have a Tractor, Riding mowers and implements to mow, trim and air sweep to provide property maintenance and security in trade for space or can pay limited rent and utilities. Currently dependant on disability check of only $770.00 a month.
Do not need septic hook-up because trailer needs to be re-plumbed and shower tub repaired. Just need power (have my own meter to reimburse usage) and water access. Will rent porta-potty from Bucks Sanitary Service. Grey Water drainage from Trailer Sinks is only discharge from Trailer use.

Have a beautiful and friendly Service Dog, Miss Pennylane (Miss Penny) Registered with Lane County, getting up in years who also needs a peaceful home to retire and care for me in her spare time. She helped pull my wheelchair and now guides it as we go on long adventures but currently she primarily helps with stability.
Would consider shop on highway if it has sufficient space for storage and security potential and office space, where I can establish my Company again /w advertisement availability.
Can make your property beautiful again or maintain what you have, repair, restore or develop top value to it.
Not asking for a hand out. Asking for a hand up out of my wheelchair I’ve depended on too long for a chance to grow and find hope again. Are you up for that??? If so, call me.

Most people can't afford what I'm offering in trade at current labor rates and I will do what ever I can to make you pleased with your decision to invest in us. Require an equitable exchange of reasonable value for property access and labor rates in equal measured value. Looking for a stable long term environment to recover from at least 2 more surgeries on back, ankle and possibly shoulder replacement. Trying to repair this broken body so I can finish the time left here well. Lived in excess of 6 years in current location on 5 acre parcel on Spencer’s Butte, but returning family desire to use space for themselves.
