I am needing someone to take over my lease for a 1 bed 1 bath apartment at Union on Broadway. Rent is $1775 per month along with $6 for utilities (garbage and internet) tenant is responsible for water and electric. (About $40 total each month for both) The apartment comes fully furnished along with an in unit washer and dryer and full kitchen (fridge, microwave, oven, stove, dishwasher)! This building also has tons of amenities and is a great building to live in. I am looking for someone to take over this lease ASAP!! Since I had some health issues and will not longer be able to live here. The lease runs until August 2024. Please only message or comment if you are really interested in taking the lease over!!
