WELCOME Gen Z Grad STUDENTS or those attending UNIV OREGON in Eugene assigned to a 12 to 14 WEEK internship or quarter system schedule. I'm a lady educator in my own 2/2 condo style modern quiet apt home just off campus . WITHIN my home is a clean furnished private master bedroom bathroom SUITE self contained with its own kitchenette in suite, and located right in front as you first come inside, so you won't need to walk thru my entire home (you are not renting my entire 2/2 apt all to yourself). I'm on opposite side if you ever need anything.
SEE PHOTOS. Your suite has a private door lock, full sized bed with bedding + towels provided; utilities included in rent with AC unit + heater dial in suite for your preferred temps; WIFI internet; your own refrig, freezer, microwave, coffeemaker, pantry shelves, dishes + utensils, sink with countertop space, eating table + more; most temp renters eat out, order delivery in, or cook foods in their suite microwave. Some bring their own air fryer or blender. You have everything to cook + eat in your suite except a stovetop. Your attached private bathroom has shower tub combo. Master sized closet, deep dresser drawers, study desk + chair. Use of my full sized washer dryer, free parking, and directly on the bus line to UO + downtown. My previous internship renters often rode their bikes to campus. Covered bike racks on main floor. 6 min by car or Uber to UO in a very safe upscale residential neighborhood, close to restaurants, natural foods grocery, Starbucks, gyms, Willamette River hiking + biking trails, shopping mall, and nearby freeway entrance. My neighborhood is the "Beverly Hills" of Eugene, so you, your car and valuables are safe.
I've hosted students on internships from out of state who need a 12 to 14 week placement in a safe quiet location. I've also hosted travel nurses, young professionals on assignments, and relocators in between housing. I specialize in ages 20 to 39 (mostly Gen Z and young Millennials) who go to school or work fulltime, or both. Note: This is not a residence suited for senior citizens, sorry.
You: ONE QUIET NONSMOKER Only (no outside cigs, weed, drugs; but outdoor vapes OK), NO pets, couples or visitors (enjoy your active social life outside my private residence, so you return to a secure peaceful living environment for rest or serious studies); No criminal record (I conduct a background check at no cost to you). I provide cleaning supplies for you to keep your suite reasonably tidy.
NO credit score requirement! NO long lease obligations. The 12 week minimum prepayment is divided into two easy installments, half up front ahead of move in with photo ID , and balance half after move in. $1,095 every 4 weeks comes to ($1,095 x 3 =) $3,285, with a refundable small $100 security deposit. TOTAL for all 12 weeks plus deposit = $3,385. Paid in two equal installents of $1,692.50 ahead of move in, and balance half $1,692.50 after the first 4 weeks of your stay. This prepayment schedule is due primarily to the unprecedented housing shortage in Eugene, especially for anything short term in our current high demand summer and fall season in our popular Pacific NW region. No credit cards , venmo apps or out of state personal checks accepted. Payment accepted as either cash in person or a cash equivalent, such as a certified bank money order or bank cashier's check with photo ID, sent well in ADVANCE of occupancy so funds are confirmed available by your banking institution and then clear my bank. You receive a transaction receipt and short term 12 week rental agreement signed for your records. If coming from out of town we can conduct a ZOOM meeting, then sending out certified mail.
