Apartment is a short walk to UO campus (10-15 min walk) with a bus station right outside and has a pool, gym, study rooms, and provided Internet. Unit has an in-unit washer + dryer and is fully furnished.
- RENT is $724 a month, June's rent will be paid. Some utilities not included (~$50/mo). Willing to negotiate
- 2 TO 3 OTHER ROOMMATES, nb and male, juniors at UO, very friendly and respectful. Third roommate is tbd
- RELET DURATION is June 13th through the end of the lease, which is August 31st. June's rent will be paid before relet starts.
- Lease includes a RESERVED PARKING SPOT in the building's attached gated car garage.
- This unit is a SHARED BEDROOM AND BATHROOM with one other person, while the entire unit houses 4 people (2 people on the other side).
