looking for someone to take over my studio this summer at Crosswood Eugene while I’m gone
it’s really close to campus (walkable to UO) and in a newer building. good for a student or someone here for the summer
timing is mid-may to mid-august but i can be flexible on dates
rent is $1300/month
that includes garage parking + wifi
utilities are separate (usually not too bad)
unit has washer/dryer, AC, dishwasher, and comes furnished (bed frame, desk, table, shelves, etc.)
secure building, garage parking, EV charging
you’d just need to get approved through the apartment (standard process)
i won’t be living there during that time
