Looking for a quiet, kind, and conscientious person to rent my beautiful home in December and into January. You will have a furnished bedroom with a private, full bathroom and use of the entire house. Your room includes a nice desk, a full-length mirror, and plenty of room for clothing, etc. I will be out of town during part of the month. It might be possible to extend your stay if needed. It is very peaceful here.

My house is within five minutes of parks and hiking trails, restaurants, and the University of Oregon.

The rent includes all utilities, wifi, and cable service. I prefer one person to stay in my home at $300 a week. A second person is possible, at an additional $75 per week. Please, no smoking, pets, or strong perfumes or colognes.
