They are brand new, never been used. They recommend the Medium size for dogs between 24 to 60 pounds, with chest girth of 24” to 30”. Our dogs weigh in around 45# each and we did try them on them - they fit great - BUT we couldn’t convince either to board the boat, oh well. (See manufacturer description in one of the photos)
