We bought this and only used it a few times. Unfortunately we ended up with a couple of rips that I highlighted in the pics. The price reflects the frame in perfect condition, stakes and carry bag. The rips may be mendable? New covers for these run $60-$80 on Amazon. Asking $40 OBO
