This is an excellent contraption for getting extra exercise while at work in your cubicle, or at home while watching TV.

All paperwork is included. The rubber ring is for placing the wheel of your desk chair in so you don't roll away as you're cycling.

Unfortunately, I didn't use it, and I need the space. It's like brand new! Please help!
