I took great care of this suit, always washing it with cold water and a bit of Dr. Bronner's gentle soap. Ready for the cold Oregon surf or open water swim!
It fits well for a person about 5'9 to 5'11.
MT size on their site states:
5'10"-6'0" 155-170#
I'm 5'9" and much less weight but also works great for me!
For water temps: 40-50 degrees F.
