YES it's a coat/hat rack made from broken or semi working fishing reels and decorated with appropriate matching gear.
Done with 2 fly fishing reels and assorted flies.
NO mounting holes or devices are included so you decide how you want to mount it. Screws & molly's, 2 sided Velcro, your call. Would be a great gift for any angler, LODGE, camp shack, man cave, father's day, birthday, etc ?
Just mount it and hang your coat or hat on a reel.
