This is a deal on a really good MXL AC404USB boundary mic to record your entire desk (or $10 more for the AC404LED with RGB) and a webcam. The Nexigo N660E webcam image is excellent and it is compatible with the Nexigo app, which allows you to control all the webcam settings so you can dial it in perfect. It has an ultra-wide 110-degree FoV fixed-focus lens; which may help if you want to fit two people into a video call. You can get an autofocus version of this webcam, the N660P with a more zoomed in lens. Nexigo is from Portland so it's local tech.

I have some other webcam models too and a lot of streaming gear, wireless mics, video mics, video lights, and mechanical keyboards.
