With the dramatic increase in DDR5 memory prices many folks wanting to upgrade to the AMD5 format are deciding to stick with their AMD4 motherboard and just upgrade their CPU. I upgraded recently and have this used processor available. I used it for flight simulation which is very CPU intensive and it performed very well. Lots of gaming benchmarks online.
When released it was over $500, now $375 new, used on eBay with a US seller, $175-$275. So this is a good deal and you’re buying local which has certain advantages.
