I have two Xeon Silver 8-core LGA 3647 CPUs for $12 and one Xeon Silver 10-core LGA 3647 CPU for $8. They work great for servers and TrueNAS SCALE systems. These ones use DDR4 2666 ECC RAM and can do 384-bit memory bus, which is equivalent to DDR5 8000, so very fast RAM.
