Off brand motor but I’ve never had any issues, it’s pretty fast, I weight about 200lbs and it moves well with me on it. This is a good quality cart, my son would like to put more money into his first car that is the only reason why we are selling. Firm on price, I drove to Seattle when I bought it. It’s difficult to find good quality carts in the Eugene area.
