Lanz Cabinets is hiring for a full-time Sales Assistant. The main function of this position is to provide administrative support to the Sales Department and customer service to clients.
Job Duties:
• Ordering Samples
• Preparing submittals
• Providing digital and hard copy product information to customers
• Pricing for billable services
• Performing Special projects as requested
• Following all standard procedures in relation to contracts in a timely manner
Necessary Skills:
• Computer Literacy
• Well versed in Microsoft Office products
• The ability to complete tasks with tight deadlines.
• Excellent customer service skills
• Excellent written and verbal skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
