We’re a growing cannabis brand looking for a personable, driven Brand Ambassador / Sales Rep to help expand our presence in smoke shops and at industry events. This role is ideal for someone young, outgoing, and comfortable building relationships face-to-face.
You’ll represent the brand in retail environments, at trade shows, and with existing clients — helping drive sales, support accounts, and deliver a great customer experience. If you like talking to people, learning products, and getting paid for results, this role’s for you.
What You’ll Do
Visit smoke shops to introduce, present, and sell our products
Build and maintain relationships with store owners and buyers
Work trade shows, pop-ups, and industry events as a brand representative
Provide customer care to existing clients (follow-ups, product questions, order support)
Help onboard new accounts and support repeat business
Collect feedback from retailers and report insights to the team
What We’re Looking For
Strong communication skills and a confident, friendly personality
Comfortable approaching people and talking about products
Reliable, organized, and self-motivated
Sales, retail, food service, or brand ambassador experience is a plus (not required)
Interest in cannabis, lifestyle brands, or sales
Must meet legal requirements to work in the cannabis industry in Oregon
Reliable transportation preferred
Compensation & Perks
