Hi there,
I am an experienced PA, caregiver, nanny, doula and student midwife. I would love to offer my services in the following ways:
Personal Assistant: $35/ hour
- help organize business tasks, office work, fax and mail, inventory, email clients, customer service
- Research market trends, social media posting, flyer and content creation, website development, SEO and paid ads
- Manage personal appointments, calendar reminders, scheduling tasks and deadlines
Elderly Caregiver: $30/hour
- Meal preparation, grocery shopping, food organization, meal planning and budgeting, cooking, kitchen cleaning
- House Cleaning is $100 for two hours which includes : kitchen: surface and counters, sink, trash, organization, dishware cleaning, wash/dry/fold/put away clothes and linens, floors: sweep, vacuum, bathroom: toilet, shower and sink disinfecting, bed: change linens, make bed, general house tidying and other hard to reach places
- Medication organization, hospital visit, appointment attendant, drive to and from medical appointments (mileage additional cost), pharmacy pick up, scheduling doctor appointments, help with blood pressure monitoring at home, medication reminders
- Outings, errands, driving to events, companionship or rides, day trips, airport pick up/ drop off
- Pet care: dog walking, dog sitting (I’m allergic to cats, sorry!)
Mother Helper $30/hour
- in home caregiving for the busy mother
- Babysitting, children tending with mother around or close by
- Meal prepping, cooking, light house cleaning, chores, household organization
- Occasional date night babysitting available if the right fit
Birth Doula $500-$800 (first client free!)
- 2-3 prenatal birth education classes 1:1 with your partner in your home (2-3 hours total)
- On going continuous labor support in home/ birth center/ hospital, on call starting 37 weeks
- 2-3 postpartum visits: processing and debriefing the birth, optional ceremonial care for mother/father/baby: family blessing, postpartum mother tending, birth story, placenta ceremony, household help (2-3 hours total)
- First client free with agreement to written testimonial and review
- Prenatal, Labor and Postpartum Care: $800
- Fee due before 37 weeks, payment plans available
- Only birth support: $500 (includes one meeting before, and one meeting after birth)
Postpartum Caregiver: $100/week
- mother care: showers, hair wash, baths, magnesium foot soaks, aromatherapy, self directed womb and breast massage, yoni Steam, sitzbath herbs, body oiling, belly wrap
- Nourishment and food: meal preparation for the week, grocery shopping, postpartum friendly recipes and nourishment support, budget friendly meal planning, teas, and herbs
- Home care: laundry, changing bed sheets, sweep floors, wash dishes
- Pet care: dog walking
- Emotional support: birth debriefing, going for walks, art therapy for mom, ceremony
- Placenta care, burial, art, ceremony
- 5 hours / week
