I am looking for a room for a house share with a female ONLY. Furnished or unfurnished.
I have a male, neutered dog who is 54 lbs., is shy, protective and loves other dogs. He is not used to children and loves kitties but chases them. Prefer a fenced yard.
I pay on time monthly, am quiet, retired, a homebody but love to get out in nature, do gardening and photography. It would be great if we could do things together. I'm a night owl and enjoy evenings watching tv or working on my ancestry.
