Hello, I'm seeking a studio apartment, , sm apartment, or room with a private entrance. It would be great if it was not furnished. Preferred locations are anywhere in the Eugene/Springfield area or outlying areas (Cottage Grove, Junction City, etc) I'm an older female, professional, very quiet, and don't have many visitors. I have a well-mannered senior dog, Needing a place under $1000 preferably by July 1- but I'm flexible. I would prefer not to be near the college. I've done that twice in my life and I'm good with that. Thank you
