Hello , I am looking for a room or studio to rent I am relocating from California and need to rent a super affordable place to rent with all utilities included,I can only offer 500.00 right now for first months rent for a studio or room and utilities, must be a safe, clean, QUIET, respectful, considerate, place with one other person two max I need a peaceful down to earth environment no alcoholics or drug addiction, I smoke 4:20 and I am gay so that has to be understood, I don’t have “good” credit so please don’t ask for a room to rent otherwise I would just get an apartment, I am a super chill person , I will be looking for a new job in hospitality, I do massage as a side gig , I am sleeping in my car so I really need a place to live and can not have anyone play on my hardship please and thankyou , I love to cook every night and I am super clean person and quiet , I like to read , hike, nature ,and good movies I would prefer my own bathroom if possible and close to a bus stop and laundry, I like to be around positive people with good vibes , no scam artist please , I would love to have a month to month contract and settle down I would love to meet you!!
