Hello , me and my elderly mother are looking for a room or studio to rent we are relocating from California and need to rent a super affordable place to rent with all utilities included, we can only offer 150.00 right now as a deposit and 600.00 each separately or 1100.00 a month for a studio rent and utilities, must be a safe, clean, QUIET, respectful, considerate, place with one other person two max as my mom is OLD so we need a peaceful down to earth environment no alcoholics or drug addiction, I smoke 4:20 and I am gay so that has to be understood, we don’t have “good” credit so please don’t ask for a room to rent otherwise we would just get an apartment, we are super chill people , I will be looking for a new job in hospitality, I do massage as a side gig , we are sleeping in our car so we really need a place to live and can not have anyone play on our hardship please and thankyou , I love to cook every night and we are super clean people and quiet , I like to read , hike, nature ,and good movies my mom just likes to chill and watch movies , we would prefer our own bathroom if possible and close to a bus stop and laundry, we like to be around positive people with good vibes , no scam artist please , we would love to have a month to month contract and settle down as my mom is old , we love to meet you!!
