I can’t believe it’s already Dec 2. Hoping to avoid a place that has leaf blowers no more than once per week. Safe parking is a must even if not assigned. House or apartment. I am fine with either. I don’t complain about minor things. I can pay around 7 a month. Possibly slightly more if has some added perks. Professional and polite is my usual demeanor. I won’t complicate the household. I shower regularly and don’t use any strong scents. I don’t have long hair, or any facial hair so you won’t find evidence of beard grooming. I like to leave things without a trace as much as possible. Middle class raised. Family vibes. Let’s talk right away if possible. This month isn’t getting any younger.
