My rental fell through and now I need to find something else asap. I can comfortably afford around 6-7 per month. Small room is fine furnished or not. Allergic to cigarettes and dogs. Cats are fine as long as they don’t spray.. I am clean and have great credit. I do not make noise or a mess. On great terms with the person I just rented with for a few months before taking what I thought was going to be my new rental at least through winter. I am willing to commit to a 3-6 month lease or month by month. I stay busy and keep to myself: I am always up for a chat: I seem to get along with all types of people. I don’t want to rent with maga st this time. College educated and no problems with family members or law enforcement. No drug issues. Good sense of humor. Love to eat but kind of on a diet.
