I have had my ups and downs with rentals. It’s gotten worse this last few years. People haven’t been great to rent from for one reason or another. I’ve had much better economy the last l generally I try to keep it between 5-7 Occasionally I have payed more or less and usually end up regretting it.
Looking for my own kind haha help. College types. I graduated ten years ago. People who are aware of pop culture and history is a plus.
Not pretentious, but mentally aware is nice. I’m a gamer, a musician and a nerd who loves a good road trip.
Not sure how long I am looking for, but I prefer direct communication vs. open house showings. 420 friendly, can and will respect all rules can. I can keep it very discreet by only vaping on a drive or something. I like being honest. I have given up drinking. It will not bother me or temp me if you like having something. I can’t be around cigarettes. Not judging at all. I used to bum a quick couple drags as a waiter a long time ago. I’m allergic that’s the only reason.
I’m hoping for like a couple of cats, or one small dog. I don’t mind yappers if they don’t sneak peeing inside. I’ve seen it. I think it depends on level of lax vs. strict by dog parent(s) and past history of the animal. Level of trauma. I am gentle around them and usually pass their vibe test. No pets is great also. Haha
Rescues are often the best. The main thing I want to find is a spot that has good energy. Currently renting where it’s like a mad max side show every night. I guess they like to race on this street or party somewhere nearby. I am clueless,
but it’s tough getting rest. I have even bought a little ring camera for piece of mind.
I would really like to live somewhere that is peaceful. Where people aren’t so angry when they drive by all the time. Maybe a street that doesn’t have a lot of traffic. Or a place 10-15 mins from town. I don’t think i want to live 45 mins away. I am fine in a gated park such as a senior one. At least it would be safe and quiet. I am easy going and I am often offering food. l am into organic eating, but I am addicted to pizza and ice cream. I’ll respect your personal and professional space.
