Manage and assign Service Technicians daily workload
Provide our customers with excellent customer service.
Schedule appointments for repairs and system upgrades
Communicate any schedule changes or time constraints to customers
Dispatch service calls and assign service requests to appropriate technicians
Prepare daily routing schedules for technicians
Create service tickets
Ensure adequate supplies/equipment provided for each service call
Answer incoming service related calls
Communicate technical information to non-technical audience
Other tasks and duties may be assigned as needed.
Minimum 2 years customer service or coordinator experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Outlook
Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality.
Must pass criminal background check and drug screening.
Excellent customer service, communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.
