Very spacious & clean living area, bedrooms, and bathrooms. Outdoor balcony area that faces the bike trail. Stainless steel kitchen appliances & stacking washer/dryer in unit. Pet friendly with an additional deposit & monthly pet rent of $25/animal.
Community has a small dog park and dog spa, pool & hot tub, basketball court, small playground, gym, and racquetball courts. Reserved, covered parking is available for an additional $25/month. Otherwise, parking is open and first come, first serve.
On-site maintenance is available by request.
Lease ends July 14, 2020 and we are looking to move out by the end of December 2019. We love the community, but our situation has changed and an apartment is no longer ideal.
Taking over the lease will require paying your own security deposit, due upon move-in, as well as filling out an application with the main office (fee required) and going through a screening process to determine eligibility.
Base rent is $1,500. Water/sewer is $80 and billed with rent. Electric must be transferred to your name (through EWEB) and is billed separately.
