This trailer is a 2025 we purchased new on October 3rd 2025. It is the Jayco Jay flight 160LKW Western Edition. Overall length is 21' 7"with one slide. Dry weight is only 3540 lb. with a hitch weight of 320 lbs. Lots of room, storage and counter space. Has a 8 cu. ft. refrigerator/freezer that is fully 12 volt. The water heater is the on-demand tankless so you never run out of hot water uses far less propane. The bathroom is much larger than most trailers and has a good size shower with a skylight. This trailer is also equipped with a Solar panel and a power awning with LED lights. Being the Western Edition it's well insulated and easy to keep warm or cool. For TV it has the "Winegard 360 Air" antenna. Great when you're dry camping. Ten ply tires.
Better then new condition. I say that because of all I have added. Always stored under cover. In those six months since we bought it we have only been able to use it once for only two days and only went 40 miles from home. Only selling because it doesn't look like we will be able to use it as much as we thought we would. Don't need to sell but would rather see it being used so I'm willing to take a loss and be fair to a buyer. Still under the factory warranty and license is good until 10/2027.
The things I added to it were a second battery, a second LP tank, tank gauges and cover, a lockable hitch mount to store the hitch when not in use, power tongue jack, front leveling jacks and a nice wireless backup camara.
On the outside I also reinsulated the under carriage with R6 solid insulation that makes it so much warmer. On the inside we replaced the factory queen size mattress with a "NEW" 10-inch memory foam mattress. Then found that by going to a full-size mattress (54 X 76 rather than the 60 X 80) you are able to turn the mattress to have a walk around bed when the slide is out so you have access to both sides which is what we wanted but were unable to find in a small trailer. The buyer will have the choice of which mattress they prefer. The back of the couch folds down for a short bed. The factory had it mounted 15 inches from the wall with a platform between it and the wall making the bed about 62" long. We didn't need it so I removed the platform and moved the couch back, making much more room between the couch and counter that you really notice when the slide is in. I did all this in a way that can easily be put back the way it was if you prefer the bed. I lined all the shelves with carpet to help keep things from sliding around.
Over the years we have had many trailers in the 25'-30' range. No longer taking long trips but still like to travel. By going to this size we were able to get rid of the truck that was only being used to pull the trailer a couple times each year. (trying to downsize) We pull it with our Explorer with no problem. (any vehicle with a 5,000 lb tow rating will work) We did lots of looking and found this make and model of Jayco had the most of what we wanted. It's perfect for two people or a couple with one or two small kids.
Non smokers, no kids and no pets. Super clean.

Don't want a trade or help selling. If you only want to know if it's still available I will not answer. If this ad is still posted than it's still for sale. NO, I WILL NOT SHIP.
If you are a dealer thinking you can get it cheep, please don't waste my time or yours. Selling at a fair price for what it is. I don,t need to sell so I'm not going to take an even bigger loss. If I do it will be to someone buying it to use, not just trying to turn a profit.
